Looking at a couple of new (used) motorhome options. Advice?

I've looked at various Class As in my price range, around 20k, and like the late 90s to early 2000s Rexhall like this one https://sacramento.craigslist.org/rvd/d/sacramento-2002-rexhall-american/72...

I had a 2000 Rexhall Aerbus with the Ford V-10. It was a good unit and served me well. However if I was buying, I'd prefer the diesel. I've never been a big fan of Gulf Stream, but likely it has the cummins 5.9 or 8.3 engine, Allison trans with Spartan chassis....much better all around rig.
