Safety is a inspection certificate when you buy a vehicle here. It gets a going over by a mechanic that it's in good working order. Because he says it's up to us to do that then we're the ones who have to pay for anything the mechanic finds wrong with it plus pay for the inspection certificate

If he pays for it, then he has to fix anything wrong with it for us.
