He would not allow me to drive it but he did drive it to an inspection facility so I could have the chassis inspected and then later that day drove it to a different location to have the house portion inspected with me in the passenger seat. I understood his concern about me driving it and I was more than satisfied that he took the time to drive it to both the inspections. However without the inspections I would not have bought it. The chassis inspection found a few things wrong and the seller paid to have them fixed.
It's OK for seller to drive, If you prefer not to. But If I am buying I want to take it for a test drive. That would be a deal breaking issue for me.
