We use Iron Horse RV when we are in Texas. They are located in San Antonio and have about 4 FHU sites to stay while they are doing the work and they have always done excellent work for a reasonable price, for us. They do get busy in the winter, so call and get an appointment.
wow tks for this info. I normally take a 7-9 hour trip to Alvarado, TX for my repairs and such. I'll have to give them a call next time. :)
Mikensallyt... What is the name of the company you use in Alvarado?
I've used MHSRV (Motor Home Specialist RV)from where I purchased my 2015 Thor Challenger (great sale prices). No pressure from them. I've only take my "baby" in for warranty problems. And I just got back from them (MHSRV) after they fixed a major problem from CW. (Maybe its just me). MHSRV was very professional but I don't think they are top notch. I went to them since they were my original salesmen and I wanted my "Baby back". A song goes here, lol, faster than CW to fix a "warped" bathroom door (which CW broke). One month vice three months. My one problem with them (MHSRV) is that I watched them using a pressure washer on my "Baby". All I thought about was the "sides/decals" pealing off. No wipe down and all the streaks are visible on my windows, plus no soap was used. URRGGGGGG! But one good thing ... they made my king bed which I could never do, just wasn't enough room to walk on both sides. Oh wait, I'm missing my king pillows. Dang it.... Plus I have all these extra streaks on my res fridge (alum) where they walked by it and really scratched it up. Tks for letting me vent. Hope I'm not a so called thread killer.
No problem, thanks for the info. - mikensallytExplorer
