Find a coach that is being sold as part of an estate sale. The heirs usually just want the thing gone and the price may be well below the norm in the area. Naturally, it still will require a complete inspection and the heirs may know nothing about it. They may also not know anything about any maintenance records, owner's manuals, etc. They may also be afraid to drive it or let you drive it which you can use in your favor to negotiate a lower price.
There are some excellent older coaches out there that are available for the right price that would suit your needs. Just be willing to search them out.
