The 97 Pace Arrow is just about like my Bounder, and will have dual pane windows, the only difference is that you will have a factory installed back up camera, and upgraded formica, and other things inside.
I spent some time dry camping in Quartzsite, and only went through a 5 gallon tank of propane in 3 days. I was using a Olympic Catalytic heater, with a little more time on my 35,000 Btu furnace. It was around 15 at night according to my indoor/outdoor thermostat. I was dry camping. The factory installed LP tank is about 19 gallons capacity, while the water capacity is about 20% more.
If it is built on a Ford Chassis, then it will have a 75 gallon gas tank. The generator line only extends 75% of the way into the tank, so you still have about 20 gallons to get to a gas station after the generator can not draw out any more fuel.
I would still get some solar panels, even if part of the winter will be covered with snow. It only has a 3,500 pound hitch weight rating. THis is mainly due to Fleetwood's frame extension that they attached to the Ford chassis with a much higher GCVWR of around 26,000 pounds. If Ford the GVWR will be 17,000. If GM chassis, I don't know without knowing the length. If Fleetwood installed a tag axle, then they increased the GVWR by about 3,500 pounds.
