I have a 37 ft Gulf Stream motor home and let me tell you, you would freeze to death in below freezing weather with it. I would look at either a trailer or a fifth wheel if it is going to be setting for long periods of time. Now I do have three slide outs on my motor home and as you know they are not insulated very well at all. I just know I would not be happy trying to stay warm in it.
