Chilli.....I, too was interested in knowing the ins and outs of launching a boat with a Class C. I will be towing a 21' Pontoon boat with a Class C (as soon as I find a used one to purchase...see my recent posts). I Googled and found much on the subject. Here is a little of what I found...
1. Some use front mounted hitch so drive wheels can stay out water and it is easier to manuever.
2. Angle of drop off between flat ground and launch ramp can cause motorhome to scrape undercarriage
3. Depending on ramp angle, and if launching is standard mode, rear motorhome tires may be submerged and may slip
