If you open the Forest City site above the one you went to. Than search Spirit. They have two listed. One with a Vynal roof and one with FG.
I believe,at least on the 31K, that they are now building them with fiberglass roofs. I don't think it was ever listed as an option, but they have just changed the material for the roof. My 2014 has the rubber roof and I've seen others with the fiberglass roof.
Mine does not have a front cabover fiberglass cap either, and it was not an option at the time mine was built. A fiberglass front cap is now part of an option package.
