My wife and I are really wanting to get a class c rv. We are contemplating the below choices. 2010 Winnebago Chalet 224VR, $22k, 80k miles 2015 Four Winds, $33k, 117k miles 2013 Thor Chateau, $35...

So far you have gotten some fairly good information.I can only add some more Good Information.
Two of these may have been Former Rentals,The Winnebego Chalet of that vintage and floor plan V R meaning Rental,most were were made for the Rental market,there are several on the Rental thread that is mentioned later in this post.
The Four Winds may also be a Former Rental,if it is a Majestic,then it is a former Cruise America rental.
There is nothing wrong with that,in fact they are well maintained and built more robust than line rigs.The modern RVs with the V10 Ford are also robust with many going 200000+ miles with no problems at all.
There are more than 140 Forum Members here that have bought them and are very happy with their choice,there is a long running Thread here that documents that. Click Here for that thread,it is long but has a wealth of information on Former Rentals.
