I'd say the coach is overpriced based on looking at a couple of U-295 and U-270 Foretravels at Motorhomes of Texas. It would be hard to say what it is worth from long distance, but it would have to be in exceptional condition to be worth much over $50K from an individual.
The Kelly Bluebook doesn't really apply in this situation, but it is what the banks and credit unions use. Financing will be difficult, even though a good condition 1998 U-295 is worth far more than the Blue Book value.
I just purchased a heavily-upgraded 1997 40' U-320 Foretravel from MOT for less than the asking price of this U-295. I'm a big fan of the Foretravel quality and am willing to pay more for it, but I'm thinking you should be able to get this coach for MUCH less than the asking price.
