If it's the coach in the link posted above, it looks like a very nice one. Not $69k nice, however (in my opinion). Stored inside is a BIG plus, as decals and gel coat will be in good condition and require no refurb. Things to consider: refrigerator will need to be replaced (probably soon), and roof a/c's as well. No big deal; just $$.
New tires are a bonus; $3500-$4500 savings to you depending on what you'd put on there yourself. Check bulkhead condition (research this issue, or PM me if you need details); otherwise, no other big danger in a Foretravel of this age.
Back to Price: if all is as good as it seems, I would think no more than $50k. NADA is completely useless and irrelevant on these coaches - no matter what anyone tells you.
