looking for owners of 2004-2005 Pace Arrows

I have an 06 37c and i can ad water to the bowl by pushing the flush peddle up wiht my foot and the push down to flush. i think this is a dometic china toilet

That is the toilet I have in my '05 36D and the only adjustment I know of is a knob behind the flush button which adjusts the amount of water added to the bowl.
I wish there was a way to add water manually like in our '00 Pace.
