Here is the final report on our tire replacement. Iron Horse RV in San Antonio and Cedric, the Southwest WH service rep did a super job and we are on our way again. The tire assembly arrived 2nd day air through UPS Supply Chain Solutions from Chicago to San Antonio. A couple lessons learned: 1. The wheel/tire assembly on a pallet weighs 191 pounds. 2. The warranty paid bill including mounting the assembly on the coach was $499. 3. If anyone encounters a similar problem where the wheel needs to be replaced, the parts people should be looking for a wheel/tire assembly, not just a wheel which is the hard one to find. Or, if in the Southwest, just call Joann at WH and she can turn Cedric onto the problem. He has all of the corporate knowledge and knows where these things are sequestered.
