looking for owners of 2004-2005 Pace Arrows

Has anyone with full wall slide had the lock's at top of slide to break? We had one to break on way back from Myrtle Beach. Also awning tube is starting to sag, has anyone had this fixed under warranty? We have 06 Pace Arrow with auto awning.
