Thanx again for all the helpfull hints. i for instance wouldve never thought about winterizing the washer dryer.
Just out of curiosity. i live in Maryland so it can get under 30 and soemtimes 20 deg. would it be very costly to just keep the heat running and if so what would anyone reccomend to keep the thermostat at? i am pretty sure the coach has heated underside eg holding tanks or is this just a stupid idea to begin with? I would like to keep using the MoHo throught the winter.

I did meet someone who had an older Pace Arrow ('94 I believe) and did just that. He left the gas furnace on all winter at 50 degrees and says he has done that for years with no problems. Not sure what the cost was for him but he was always happy with that solution since he used his MOHO once or twice during the winter months also. He lives in the Cincinnati area and it can get pretty cold here. I believe you are correct in thinking that the holding tank areas are heated. But to be on the safe side I would make sure your black water tank stays very clean and empty. I understand getting rid of formerly frozen solid waste is next to impossible and not anything an RV service department will want to do at any price.
