Thanks for the responses. Solved the problem.
The 15 amp fuse in the engine compartment marked dash fans does nothing, Nada, Zip, there is no power to it. I pulled the fuse with the fans running no affect, checked with meter no power to fuse.
What I did find is the dash fan fuse is in the bathroom under the sink 15amp General Purpose S/O fuse (Good Man R2Dillion).
Fuses under the dash seem to be as marked (in WH owners manual).
Problem was a fan, bad internal wiring. Replaced the fan replaced the fuse.
It's all good :B.
Off to Quartzsite to look at stuff, then headed South to Cancun.
