I got my 32" LG HDTV in yesterday with the help of my son. We got rid of the VCR, moved the sat. box to the right side, connected the sat box to the TV with s-video, connected the DVD to the TV with component video plus twin leads for the audio. We kept the coax from the junction box to the TV for the roof ant. So I won't use the junction box to watch the sat. This eliminated the extra steps you had to go through to play the TV sound through the home theater system using the VCR. We put in a wood brace for the back of the TV like Fyr Guy using two brackets. It was hard to get the depth right since there's no access with the TV in. We had to remove the side trim pieces to get the TV in. We added a slab of 1/2" plywood under the set and put some of the cherry trim on top, to lift it up into the middle of the trim frame. We used the brackets off the old TV to secure the bottom. We also. had to relocate the brackets on the frame. It took about 2 & 1/2 hours. Really looks and sounds great. (last year I upgraded all the speakers in the home audio system except the subwoofer)Hats off to Fyr Guy for paving the way!!
