looking for owners of 2004-2005 Pace Arrows

HELP :? NEED SOME SUGGESTIONS:
Our Kwikee steps won't extend. We've located the fuses for the step motor, and step switch. Checked to see if they were bad -"NO" - but replaced with news fuses anyway - still no change. :h
Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated
... before we have to take it in to the dealer. :(
