The time I contacted Dometic and got some real assistance I told them about the ongoing problems we were having and that we had already had our igniter replaced and had the fridge serviced at the dealer but still had some problems for 4 years in a row just while on gas and traveling down the road. I told them I had heard there was a baffle kit and wanted more information. At first Dometic said there was a baffle kit but that it was for a smaller refrigerator, then they called back and said that they had checked and that it would work on our slightly larger refrigerator and agreed to send us one. It arrived a few days later. Hope this helps but like I said before our refrigerator never had a problem lighting on gas when we were standing still so we didn't have any gas flow or igniter problems
