looking for owners of 2004-2005 Pace Arrows
I'd like to make contact with others who own one of the new (2004, 2005) Pace Arrows so we can share experiences, problems, good things, etc.

I had a similar problem on my "brand new to me" 03 PA. Thought the cluster display was defective until I was playing with the display options and found the "contrast" option. Adjusted the contrast and the display cleared right up. Hope it works for you.

Actia was replacing the instrument cluster through Workhorse with owners that had that specific problem, you might try calling a Workhorse service center and see what they say first.
