Speaking of mufflers... I should say exhaust systems, my rubber support strap that holds the exhaust as it exits the body of the coach let loose somewhere between Abilene, TX and El Paso last year and dragged my tailpipe for hundreds of miles before we stopped for fuel and found out why all the 18 wheelers were flashing their lights at us in the early morning. I must have looked like a freaking meteor going down the road. Had to have a new section welded on along with new STEEL support straps so check yours and see how badly they are weathered and replace them now before you have the same experience.
I can laugh at it now because the exhaust tip never completley closed off which would of made the engine run terribly if at all with no exhaust and all that back pressure.
The good thing was Workhorse covered the repair as I was still under WH warrenty.
