Meme & Ray... I went back several pages to find where you posted the original information about the awning issue.
Here's what was shared ... PROBLEMS WITH DOMETIC AWNING ON 2004 PACE ARROW 37c
I am posting this in case anyone else is having problems with their Dometic weather pro awning with the wind and rain sensor features. Our awning has just never seemed to really dump rain water to our satisfaction and we even bent the main tube when water remained on the awning during an unexpected rain storm. We found out recently that we had mismatched awning parts and fabric from the factory which has caused our awning to not perform properly. Our 2004 37C was manufactured in late 2003. If you have a unit that matches this description you may want to check the following information out. If you have a the large Dometic WeatherPro awning that extends from the side door and over the kitchen slide and your awning is mounted on the roof and not the sidewall of the motor home you should look for a special number that is visible on the tube of your awning when the awning is fully extended. You will find a white sticker with some awning information on it located on the tube near the end that is nearest the front of the motor home. Look for a number that is hopefully 845 that indicates the length of the fabric on your motorhome. 845 is correct. If you have 815, 825, 835 your fabric could be the incorrect length for a roof mounted awning and it will not dump water properly. If you have already had to have your awning tube replaced because it bent from a previous problem try to verify what the numbers were on your original tube and not the replacement tube you now have. Our dealer was smart enough to keep our original awning tube sticker information with our service records when our tube was replaced back in July and this information helped verify that we had the wrong length awning material installed at the factory. These awnings are under warranty by the manufacturer for 3 years so don't delay contacting Dometic if you have this problem. Your time is running out.
Had the first opportunity to look for the numbers you've been taking about. Well, low 'n behold we found the sticker with Product #958303334 / Model #815-EE20.001U / Serial #52270523 / date 06/07/05. So the number you're talking about is the 815 in the model # ... :E
Rich & Cheri ... check yours out! Could be why you had issues.
Hope this helps.
Had the same problem on my '04 36B - they replaced it a year or two ago, dumps pretty well now.
