Our 36B was the same way. No matter what regulator I tried their was never enough water. Your problem is not the pressure but the flow. In some cases it could be a built-in regulator at the water connection point. Easily determined by hooking up the hose without an external regulator. If it still doesn't give you more flow then see about replacing that connector. If on the other hand it makes a difference then do what I did.
After reading about it on one of the RV Forums I purchased an adjustable regulator but with a much higher flow rate. Typical flow rates of those inexpensive regulators is 1.0 to 2.0 gpm. The one I purchased is more then double that. 3.0 to 4.5 gpm.
Once this one was hooked up we have very good water pressure and flow. When you are running one of the faucet's and open another before the flow would drop way off, now it's hardly noticeable. More like our stick house now.
