I assume you are talking about the plastic feet which are at the end of the metal arms which secures the large slide out in a closed position.
I replaced them once under the warrantee, then they broke again so I decided there was no point to replacing them again. I use it without the feet which works fine as best as I can tell.
The only downside is it puts an ugly mark on the rubber seal. The bedroom end is not visible. In the front end the mark bothers me but I wasn't sure what to do except clean it regularly.
I don't really see why it needs the feet which were poorly designed.
It needs to be able to swing around I think to both close and land flush on the wall.
Let me know what you do.
