The problem with the screen doors that I have been experiencing is that when you go to open the outer door, the screen door catches, usually hear a pop as the two doors separate and the screen door stays closed. Seems like the door is getting a little harder to close fully and only wants to partially latch unless you push it pretty hard. I'll lube the mechanism/hinges up this weekend and see if that changes anything.
