If your Pace is set up like mine, your 120V (either plugged in or from genset) feeds your CONverter. Mine is under my kitchen cabinets, mounted to the floor. The CONverter feeds your intelligent battery system(my "system" is located just above my propane tank, just forward of my entry door).
The intelligent battery system keeps both your house batteries AND your chassis battery charged. There is a circuit that senses when your house battery is above 13V, and when it is, it enables charging of your chassis battery as well.
I recently replaced my CONverter, and while the new converter feeds the battery system once again, my chassis battery is slowly discharging, and is not being charged by the system.
This is most likely a fuse, I'm just not sure which one yet.
I'd bet a pretty significant amount of bacon that that's your problem, and your battery is fine.

p.s. will post more info when I get a chance to dig into it more. This has been the year of gremlins for me, no doubt about it.
