It's possible that it's not a fuse, and that the BCC circuit board is bad.
If you go to this ebay listing, see the row of fuses up the right side of the circuit board? On our rig, the 3 or 4th fuse up from the bottom was blown. Had to pull it out to see it. I pulled each one out, checked it, and reinserted it. Once I replaced the bad one, which I believe was a 3amp fuse, my engine battery started charging again.
