Fogged windows
You guys are probably sick of this but my fogged windows have gotten worse and I don't know what to do. It an '05 36D, but I imagine they used the same window supplier for all coaches. The seal between the two panes breaks down and fogging starts and keeps getting worse. I'm afraid to even ask about replacement.
Have you guys not experienced this?
Thanks, Gary
Have you gone to a glass shop? I recently went to a shop and I inquired about replacement for the front paasenger window and they told me they do custom automotive glass. The glass would be tempered, tinted and dual pane. They just need me to bring in the coach to measure the window so they can make it while I wait. I haven't had a chance to bring it in yet so I can't give you a price. - LobstahExplorerYeah...several of us have that problem too. There are various methods of dealing with it, ranging from buying new windows, to paying someone to remove and fix your windows, to removing them and doing the repair yourself. There are kits available that I think are referenced in the main forum that you can order if you're a DYI'er.

Thanks, Gary - Fyr_guyExplorerbricot, thats why we're taking this plunge. We will run the wheels off this rig so we want to keep it looking as nice as possible. We have maintained it pretty darn good but exterior graphics are totally out of our control. This paint job should go a long way towards that goal.

After many months of deliberating, I've decided to do something about the deteriorating exterior graphics of our rig. We live in the high desert of SoCal and the driver and passenger side graphics (tape) has faded and cracked pretty bad and as this will be our last rig, we have decided to have all the lettering, stripes, rear logo and front end cap painted to match existing graphics. We've always liked the design and we decided to stick with it. I priced replacing the existing tape, same color and they wanted a little over 2k but would still have the same problem 5-7 years down the road. The removal, painting, clearcoat at a top notch company (Final Touch Coach Works) here in Valencia will be double that but will give us that showroom finish we want with out the fading and cracking down the road with a little elbow grease it should hold up for many years to come. I don't want to hear that you can have your entire coach done for the same price but after visiting the shop and talking with the owner, this is where we'll get our job done at. You get what you pay for! Pictures to follow in 2 weeks.

Nice, I've looked at that too. Glad I didn't at this point, I can't believe what a beating these have taken (value wise) in the last couple years. Valencia huh.... hmmmm... what could I do while waiting for it to get painted.....SIX FLAGS!!! - Meme_RayExplorerBeen thinking about doing the same thing. I'll be very interested in your results.

Love this site but keep losing it. Need to find lens covers for light over door and light on driver side above hookups. I can find the whole light but can't find where to buy just the lens. I bought 4 lens in Alabama but forgot where? Thanks
