Some posters spent a ton on special covers that are supposed to last longer. I bought mine from a Fleetwood dealer and was shocked the price was so low. About $18 a piece as I recall, last year I think. Very easy to install. Remove caulking, remove wood screws with electric drill ( lots of long screws). The replacement lids had the screw holes pre drilled in the same locations. I did two in about 45 minutes.

The dealer told me they changed the resin to last longer as all of the original lids gave out. Whether he knew what he was talking about, who knows? At such a reasonable price its not a big deal to replace them if they go again.

I replaced the skylight over the shower. I bought mine from fleetwood. It was over $100.

It was on this thread, you'll find it. I finally gave up on the KD and went with Winegard Travler best money I've spent. Went with the 3005

Was that in this forum on Pace Arrow owners? I don't remember seeing that...I'll go check though. I had one exterior dome over my shower crack while we were on the roof working on the KingDome system. My friend was getting off the roof and onto the ladder, swung his foot around, and the toe of his shoe just caught the top of the skylight...it broke 5-6 pieces out of the top-center. I covered it with a square of plastic contractor's trash bag and some duct tape, but this spring it'll be time to replace the dome.

And I never DID get the KingDome system fixed. If I manually "aim" it at the satellite, my DirectTV box works fine, but the dish won't search and find on it's own.

seatec... that discussion came up not to long ago and you should be able to fine the posts along with parts # and prices. Go back through the thread BACKWARDS and work forward, it wasn't that long ago.

Does anybody know what the measurements are for the skylights above the kitchen and the bath room on a 2006 PA 37c? Has anybody ever replaced the outer shells? Mine are cracked now and need replacing. Where is a good place to buy them and what brand? thanks

I believe that recall was specific to welds on the receiver, not those that connected the receiver to the motorhome. Here's the link to the instructions Fleetwood sent to their dealers:

The missing/broken welds I'm referring to are on the pieces this receiver is attached to. Sorry I don't have any pictures.

There was a recall years ago on the hitch(around 2004 - 2005). If your vehicle has not been inspected, it is advised, as noted above.
