Sectionals you usually see in the most newer models, for $60K your years will be around 2006 to 2010 depending on the model and condition as you already know.
What I would be looking for is the chassis, if its a Ford just make sure the chassis is 2006 or newer and if its a Workhorse make sure the front brakes have been repaired under the recall.
I also think above 35 foot on a gasser the towing rate can go down as low as 4000 lbs but that does not mean you cant tow 4500 if you need to.
