I'll just add an FYI about the length of the MH and what to be aware of before buying.
If you go shorter than 31ft be aware that you will either NOT get a bed or it will have a 'corner bed'.
NO bed model = you will be sleeping on the couch that pulls out with a nice real hard seam right down the middle to poke at your back all night!
Or you both will have to be agile enough to climb up and down into the cabover area where a 2 inch thick hard foam pad awaits you!
Corner Bed Model = Very hard to put sheets on and off AND someone will have to CRAWL over the other if nature calls or one gets up earlier than the other. :W
31ft = Nice queen size 'walk around' bed with 2 nightstands...ahhhh.:C
