Looking seriously at a 1999 DSDP3884 Dutch star
Any thoughts I should look at. new diesel gen, 330 Cummings 34000 miles perfect condition. $30,000 needs tires (10 years old)

We have an 02 DSDP with ~95,000 miles on it. So the mileage seems low which means it has sat for a long period of time. At minimum I would have Cummins run a diagnostic check, and Allison check the transmission. Replacing tires will cost say about $300.00 each.
DSDP have a well earned reputation for quality and survived the 2008 and later bankruptcy problems many others had. Not sure what you definition of perfect is. Frankly it seems a little high or is this their asking price.
If the wife liked it I would make an offer at say $25,000.
