Not many DP owners have a system capable of un doing and re torqueing to 450 lbs or a jack that lifts a MH off the ground to change such plus the wheel and tire is like 140 lbs or so

Even at that, you could easily have $30K in it, by the end of next year, with this and that. Paying $30 now, would probably have you underwater by that time, if money is of any concern to you.

I think in those years Newmar used a Cummins engine in the Spartan chassis and a Cat. in the FTL chassis. Do not remember Cummins displacement but Cat was 7.2 L as I remember.

NADA says this....Year note:
All 1999 Spartan models are 300hp. All 1999 Freightliner (frtln) are 210hp unless otherwise noted....
Then does note the Freightliner as being 300HP. Not sure as to Cummins or Cat. - wvabeerExplorerI reckon I will be an owner of a 1999 dutch star next week. I know nothing about diesel engines. So any tips or where to find them would be of great help.
