Not many class C's have hookups (or space) for washers and dryers...or, for that matter, water tanks that would accommodate doing much laundry. A fistful of quarters is a lot easier to carry.
There are some small portable standalone clothes washers available that would fit in something like an RV shower stall when not in use. These are typically semi-manual devices, in that you have to fill and drain them yourself, move the clothes from the washer basket to a separate spin basket, etc. Line drying would presumably be the order of the day with one of them.
