Congratulations!!! I think the floor plan is one of the most important issues when looking at RVs. After all, you will spend a considerable amount of time inside, even if you are dry camping, at the beach, in the mountains, etc.
As for the problems mentioned by others, the cap rail problem is not unique to Tiffin motorhomes; the product used at that time was Owens-Corning fiberglass, an industry standard at that time. Tiffin is one of the few manufacturers offering replacement with aluminum cap rails and at no charge to the customer. Manufacturers other than Tiffin are having issues with the same problem-just search the forum. The other issues are also being addressed at no charge to you.
