I would also suggest you go over to the Tiffin RV Network and join the forums. It is not ran by Tiffin, but Tiffin owners, and has a wealth of information available on all things Tiffin. By the way, welcome aboard and enjoy your new coach. We had both the rail and wet bay problems and both have been repaired by Tiffin at no charge. You will love your new coach and the support Tiffin gives you.
