Has any one heard of the Cummins 8.3 ISC having a loose injector causing combustion products to enter the return fuel going back to the main tank and causing the fuel to turn black, then clogging filt...
OBTW folks, Cummins technical knows me buy my first name, Our next effort will be to remove and replace the injectors. and do the 48,000 mile valve adjustment. And yes that will replace the "O" rings and gaskets too.
We bought this coach used with 8600 miles showing, at 12,000 miles we had our first filter clogged, So yes I do believe this has been going on since day one. But 15 years later how do we prove it?
