X2 on listening to pin it down on one wheel, or possibly something else. Ought to be possible to check for a stick or stone in a dual wheel without jacking. Crawl under and look, drive ahead 2 feet and look again, several times. I once had an odd sound each turn on a wheel that turned out to be a bent axel. A screw the in a car tire definitely made a click.
