M H will not start

Update on the Monaco starting problem.
He found a RV Tech to trace his problem down and it seems that it is a starter. I don't understand why the headlights would not come on with a bad starter but that is what he diagnosed. Tech said it will take some time to order one and replace it.
He and wife left the MH around Tampa and evacuated in the car.
