Doesn't sound like shore power is getting to the inverter.
Are all other 120 VAC items working?
Even those that should work from inverter when not on shore power or generator?
Turn off and back on the inverter breaker on the main 120 VAC breaker panel. Sometimes hard to tell if it is tripped.
