Magnum inverter/charger not charging batteries

I am plugged into 10A A/C outlet with adapters to the 50A shore cord and not getting any charge to batteries. The transfer switch lights red when I plug in the 10A cord, but no power to the inverter. ...

Figured it out, I used a heavier ext cord to plug into 10A plug, so the voltage drop must have been too much with the lighter cord. Glad I am now charging in this frigid weather, thanks all!!
