Magnum inverter/charger not charging batteries

I am plugged into 10A A/C outlet with adapters to the 50A shore cord and not getting any charge to batteries. The transfer switch lights red when I plug in the 10A cord, but no power to the inverter. ...

My Magnum has two buttons, one labeled Charger and the other label Inverter.

It will not charge without the Charge button being on. If shore power is available and the charger off, the charge light will be blinking.

Does this sound like your setup?
