Magnum inverter/charger not charging batteries

I am plugged into 10A A/C outlet with adapters to the 50A shore cord and not getting any charge to batteries. The transfer switch lights red when I plug in the 10A cord, but no power to the inverter. ...

Mr. Jeff,

Can you post a picture of your inverter read-out inside the motorhome?

If you have the same type controller inside like we had, when you select '20 amp' showing on the read-out, you have to PUSH the round button to select it that you rotated to get to 20 amp.
