Magnum inverter/charger not charging batteries

I am plugged into 10A A/C outlet with adapters to the 50A shore cord and not getting any charge to batteries. The transfer switch lights red when I plug in the 10A cord, but no power to the inverter. ...

My selections are 5, 15, 30 and 50A and I have tried them all. The system worked fine when camping at a 50A pedestal, so thinking my input A/C must be not to the systems liking? Praying I dont have frozen batteries in the AM, it is going down to 5 deg tonite.
