I purchased a 2001 Beaver Contessa 3 years ago with 32000 miles with a CAT 3126B engine. Maintenance wise I have changed all fluids, all the roof a/c, frig,vent covers replaced. I redid the coating on the roof after redoing the seams. New cooling unit on the Norcold 1200 LRIM, also had an air system installed for the jacks to replace the SMC IDS hydraulics that is obsolete almost. Also new Toyo tires when I purchased it.
Guess I've put about $10,000 into it in three years but now have a solid, well built coach that has a lot of life left! Bought the coach for 28,000 less than what they wanted for it.
