The scheduled maintenance, per the Workhorse manual, for your spark plugs are to replace at 100,000 miles. Mine have over 80,000 miles and I see no need to replace them. I would look at your plug wires to make sure that they are in good shape but other than that, what is there to tune up? Naturally you want to look at your fluids, belts, and lubrication but I don't think you need a tune-up if the vehicle has been running fine.
