My 2005 Four Winds 28A routes most of the wiring in the corners between the floor and outside walls. They are covered by a rug covered board angled at 45 degrees. Other wires are routed in the overhead cabinet floors.
No idea if yours is the same but they are both Four Winds and the same year.
