major plumbing help needed- starting from scratch!

While using Sharkbites and similar products is OK for small projects or repairs. It can get very expensive. Buy the PEX tools, crimp rings and fitting to do a complete job. Having a leak when you have completed the job will cause more damage than just some water on the floor.
