It looks like the past owner had burst lines from freezing. Original plumbing is less expensive to install, and much easier, when the RV is being built.
Why would you buy this RV with it's unfinished plumbing problems in the first place? Especially with no experience for this type of repair? It looks like the past owner could not handle the job, and dumped the RV on the first unknowing buyer.
Maybe you got this RV for next to nothing, but this may end up being a very time consuming repair project. I hope it works out for you.
